Jim Trafidlo
Account Executive

Jim joined the Video Transfer sales team in 2002 when he decided to hang up his still camera and put some motion in his media. As a former professional photographer, Jim has first hand knowledge of the production process so can easily help you to figure out the best approach to your project. When not helping to solve problems, Jim is coaching his son on the baseball field and getting his love on the tennis court. Jim has recently become involved with the Association of Moving Image Archivists. He can now help you with your new AND OLD media.

Nash Bly
Production Manager

Nash has been working with Video Transfer as our Systems Engineer since 1995. He insures that all of our equipment and work flows smoothly. Nash has experience working as an editor and post-production systems designer. He recently completed the design and installation of our latest Quality Assurance Station that confirms that all technical specifications have been met. When not tweaking a circuit board, he enjoys a disturbing fascination with trains and has recently been wearing a conductors hat and tooting a whistle when projects are successfully completed. Nash studied engineering and video communication at Cornell University. He appreciates a good meal and craves baked goods. Offer Nash a bite to eat and he will share his vast knowledge.

Cheryl Paroyan
Customer Service

Cheryl came to Video Transfer from WNDS-TV in Derry, NH. where she was a graphic designer and production artist for their daily news broadcast as well as many commercials. Cheryl keeps the operation buzzing and tirelessly directs all of the work flow ensuring that your order is executed on time and with the utmost of care. Cheryl will take good care of all of your needs and hopes one day to win the lottery so she can become a home renovater and kitchen decorator.

Mark Andersson
Multimedia Specialist

Mark has been with Video Transfer since 1995 and presently heads the Multimedia group. He is a proud graduate of the State College System where he studied video and various media. Mark's knowledge of streaming video for the web is endless and he is fascinated with file conversions, which makes his co-workers slightly uncomfortable. Mark is very detail oriented and always concerned with making sure that your project gets done right the first time.

Ken Chase
Multimedia Specialist

Ken joined Video Transfer right out of Fitchburg State College in 1995 as a technician. He has been promoted numerous times during his tenure and has tremendous knowledge of varying media formats. Ken does not own any clothing that does not display a team logo and has a lot of pictures on Facebook which management hopes that he posts during his off hours. His language skills are clever and never a day goes by where he is not contributing to the twisted and endless humor within the walls of 115 Dummer Street.

Rob Paxon
Video Specialist

Rob is the quiet one in the bunch. He presently runs the backroom area ensuring that all of your expectations are exceeded and you technical standards are met. Rob walks softly in his Crocs but he aggressively approaches any technical problem that may interfere with getting the job done right. Rob likes to eat early and often so you'll know his batteries are getting recharged if you smell a grilled sandwich when you drop off your project.

Varmah Dulleh
Client Services

Like Sting, Cher and Bono, Varmah's reputation for great skills in customer service eliminates the need for having a last name. He is the man about town delivering your items and greeting you with the biggest smile on his face - whether he likes you or not - but Varmah likes everyone and you will like him too and you will appreciate his attention to detail when it comes to taking care of your needs. We don't know if Varmah can sing.
