Karl Renwanz As co-founder of Video Transfer, Karl Renwanz has been an important part of the Video Transfer family of companies since 1986. Karl keeps a watchful eye over new technological developments and spends most of his time working on sales and marketing efforts. Karl is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and meetings and serves on several boards of directors. Karl is a graduate from Leslie University with a BS in Organizational Behavior Email Karl

John Leuba Account Executive John has been at Video Transfer since 2001. John received a BA in English from Central Connecticut State University. His 10 years in the duplication/replication business have given him the experience that is needed for any type of order. Whether it is a simple "dub job" or a complex multiple format with printing and packaging, John guides the customer throughout the process making each project as effortless as possible. When not in the office or on the road, he and his wife spend time with their twins, Spencer and Chace. John and family live in Winchester, MA. Email John

Jim Trafidlo Account Executive Jim joined the Video Transfer sales team in 2002. Jim's background includes many years of Multimedia, video and still photography experience. Through his involvement in various Multimedia-related projects, Jim has first hand knowledge of the creative and production processes. Jim and his family reside in Sherborn, MA. Andrea Volpe Account Executive Andrea offers charm, style and enthusiasm to the customer service and sales departments. An avid traveler, Andrea’s worldliness adds to her ability to handle projects international standards requirements and adds experienced facts about travel destinations. Whether enjoying a good book alone, or a movie with friends, Andrea is always outgoing, caring and fun. Andrea grew up on the picturesque Jersey shore and has helped with the running of her family’s New Jersey hotel. Ask her how family and friends differentiate Andrea from her identical twin sister. Nash Bly Production Manager Nash has been working with Video Transfer as our Systems Engineer since 1995. Now as Manager of Production and Head of Maintenance, he insures that all our equipment and the way it is used is operating to VTI's highest standards. Nash previously worked as a videotape editor and post-production systems designer. In his spare time, he enjoys a fascination with railroading, both past and present with his wife and son Graham. Nash studied engineering and video communication at Cornell University. Email Nash

Eric Torvi DVD Producer/DVD Manufacturing Eric began working at Video Transfer in 2001. He has a Bachelor of Fine Art in Film Production from Emerson College. His significant production experience has proven very helpful to clients during all stages of their productions. As Video Transfer's DVD Producer, Eric supervises the production, mastering and replication of all DVD projects. Email Eric

Mark Perretta Shipping Supervisor Mark joined Video Transfer in 2001.  He arrived in Boston in 1986 as a student at Berklee College of Music where he studied Jazz composition.  Mark's hobbies include cooking and doing stand-up comedy.  On weekends, you might find Mark playing in one of his two groups at one of many local venues.  Mark has also done soundtrack work for "Legally Blonde 2".   Email Mark

Cheryl Paroyan CSR Cheryl came to Video Transfer after a gig as a TV station production assistant in Derry, NH. Cheryl's proud accomplishments include creating the daily graphics for the WNDS-TV noon newscast and many corporate commercials. Originally from Bedford, NH, Cheryl and her husband Greg live in Allston with their 2 kittens, Bean and Cleo. Cheryl enjoys great Italian food and catching a movie at one of the independent theaters. Mark Andersson Multimedia Specialist Mark has been with Video Transfer since 1995 and part of the Multimedia/DVD department since 2000. If you ever have had a question on web streaming video, odds have it that you've spoken to him. His ineffectual knowledge includes knowing the answers to: The only player ever to pinch-hit for Babe Ruth? The voice of "Shaggy" of Scooby Doo was by what famous DJ?   Email Mark

Roger Hendrick DVD Authoring Supervisor Roger came to VTI in 1998 after many years as a luthier, making Violins and cellos. Starting out in the Production Department and as a Production Supervisor he left Video Transfer to become the DVD Production Manager at our sister company Transfer West in Las Vegas. Finally, Roger returned to Boston in 2003 to focus on Feature Film DVD Authoring, while adding 3D Modeling and Animation to an already wide assortment of talents. On weekends you can find Roger swimming with dolphins and teaching children to read.   Email Roger

Ken Chase Production Shift Supervisor Ken joined Video Transfer right out of college in 1995 as a part-time technician. He has since been promoted to a full-time technician and Production Room Shift Supervisor. Ken is a Massachusetts native, and is a HUGE Red Sox fan. He also enjoys photography and other local sports teams. His ability to twist words into a pun is well known. He is a resident of Wakefield.   Email Ken

Mike Conway Production Supervisor Mike joined Video Transfer in our production department after heading east from Hollywood, CA. His discipline and dedication was cultivated while serving in the United States Navy, where Mike served in the telecommunications and satellite transmissions section. Mike, his wife, three daughters and even the family dog are avid baseball fans.   Email Mike
